New England Acoustix was established in 2021 with the goal of providing quality sound treatment for home theater enthusiasts and music studio professionals.
NEA panels were just what I needed to get control of my home studio’s mixing room. I bought six panels in total—4 for the wall, 2 free standing—and they’ve been a game changer. Wale was quick to respond to all of my questions and even delivered my panels to me personally. He was willing to customize the colors based on my request and has stayed in touch to make sure I am still happy. I would absolutely recommend NEA’s panels to anyone, especially the new home producer who needs a quick and affordable way to get control of reflections.

DO YOU MAKE DIFFUSERS?
We currently provide acoustic panels & bass traps only.
WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED FOR THE PREMIUM PANELS/BASS TRAPS?
For our premium panels & bass traps we use high-quality mineral wool insulation framed in common board wrapped in a sleek & clean duck canvas fabric which gives a very professional look.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
That depends on the number of panels needed. 3-4 panels roughly take about 2-3 days to complete.
DO YOU PROVIDE SHIPPING?
We currently provide shipping within the New England area only (all of RI, some parts of MA, & some parts of CT). Free delivery within a 10-mile radius of Pawtucket, RI.
CAN I RETURN MY PANELS IF I'M UNSATISFIED?
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and would like for you to give us a chance to make things right if you are unhappy, but since these panels are made-to-order we cannot offer returns/refunds at this time. All sales are final.
